build and project managment.
Every client is different. From an initial free consultation in
your home Callender Howarth discuss your project and how they work.
Once they have a good understanding of your style and thoughts they
will then prepare a detailed proposal.
The proposal highlights the scope of the works including project
stages, guide budget, critical path and their costs for design time
and management.
Once the scope of works has been agreed, they start with initial
design concepts and continue through design development to complete
working designs.

Callender Howarth will then form the team for the project. They have
contacts throughout the trade including first rate contractors through
to bespoke cabinetmakers. For larger projects they will co-ordinate
tenders for the work using approved contractors. They will then co-ordinate
the complete project monitoring weekly site meetings and feedback
to the client.
Projects include complete refurbishments, conversions, extensions,
architecture / planning, contractor management through to soft furnishings,
window treatments, custom furniture, space planning, art and accessories,
purchasing and installation. |
